Rirs for Staghorn calculus
Retrograde intrarenal surgery for staghorn calculus occurring in the renal pelvis, with branches extending into the medium and inferior calyces. RIRS was performed with flexible ureterorenoscopy and using Jena Surgical Holmium Laser with 200 micron fiber.
