In Clinical Gallery, Clinical Gallery General Surgery

General surgery:
(A) right hepatectomy due to the presence of multiple metastases from colon adenocarcinoma, performed using the  MultiPulse Tm+1470 laser system. The technique results in excellent hemostasis, limited thermal tissue damage (B) and the closure of the bile ducts.
